Laurea Magistrale (Second cycle degree/Two year Master - 120 ECTS) in Pedagogy - Science of education

The 2nd cycle degree programmein PEDAGOGY aims to train education professionals able to: perform educationalresearch in key areas of pedagogical thought and the methodologies ofeducational practice; pedagogical consulting for individuals, groups andinstitutions, with a particular focus on (private and public) educationservices, families, management bodies and administrations; coordination ofworking groups managing education services; design of educational projects andinterventions responding to the needs of the local community; staff trainingand direct management of the corresponding learning settings.

The professional figures are trained in ahigh-profile curriculum which not only promotes the acquisition of knowledge,competences and practical methodologies but also stimulates thought oncognitive and metacognitive fields and the social and ethical responsibilitieslinked to the profession.

The curriculum integrates fundamentalinterdisciplinary knowledge, epistemological study, methodological tools andself-awareness practices, generated also through internships and workshops.
