Booking spaces to study, meet and work together
SPEIS - the Booking Service for Experiences, Meetings and Study is an application where you can book spaces to study, work in groups or organise meetings at different locations in Bologna. A service designed to make the University more accessible, collaborative and open to student community initiatives.
SPEIS offers a new way of experiencing university spaces: that is flexible and shared. It is designed to promote collaboration, autonomy and participation in the University’s everyday life.
Who can use it
All degree programme undergraduates, Master's and PhD students at the University of Bologna can access SPEIS using their institutional username and password.
What you can do with SPEIS
You can use the free SPEIS online service to:
- book individual or shared study spaces at different locations in Bologna;
- organise student representation meetings or group work;
There are different sized rooms available, from smaller rooms for meetings to larger spaces for collaborative activities.
How does it work
You can book up to 6 2-hour slots over a two-week period. By accessing the service, you can view the availability of spaces in real time and manage bookings independently.
The application provides a full list with the addresses and useful information.
How to access it
Access the SPEIS service using the University password and username.
