Marta Salinaro

She is a researcher in General and Social Pedagogy at the University of Bologna.

Her research interests focus on social and intercultural phenomena, which she examines from postcolonial and intersectional perspectives, with particular attention to processes of social inclusion. Her work addresses migration, the reception and integration of asylum seekers and refugees, and the related educational dimensions. She also conducts research on sustainability education, focusing particularly on teacher competencies and the connections between ecological transition, inequalities, and human mobility.
