Laurea Specialistica a ciclo unico (Single second cycle degree) in Architecture

The European second level Degree Course in Architecture aims to train professionals capable of supervising the whole architectural process from designing to building. Teaching is provided through a part oriented towards the knowledge of theories, methods and disciplines and a theoretical-practical part oriented towards learning and practising "know how" in the field of instrumental activities specific to this profession.

The learning outcomes are those stated in the Ministerial Decree of November 28, 2000 for Class 4/S.
The Degree Course in Architecture is mainly based on three crucial aspects of "doing" architecture. history, design and planning. These three dimensions will provide gradual skills during the whole five-year path. They are integrated in order to deal with architectural issues with an emphasis on construction and the natural and built contexts, where materials, construction and representation take up precise roles, closer and closer to the building and the town.
Far from the trends and experimentations of the last decades, Architecture acquires its specific peculiarities anew in this Degree Course which synthesises features of humanities with scientific and technical components.
