Learning outcomes

The course intends to offer an actual view of real knowledge in the field of general psychology, cognitive and emotional processes. Through the narration of clinical stories, fundamental concepts will be introduced in order to properly assess the characteristics and development of psychological sciences, by deepening the essential aspects of the study methodology and the tools of mind and human behavior analysis.

Course contents

The aim of the course is to study the mind and the human behavior and its emotional and relational aspects, through the narrative of clinical stories. The main themes of the course will be the history, the methods and the instrument of the scientific psychology: perception, memory, emotion, thinking, decision making, knowledge representation and learning.

Traditional didactics and classroom discussions.

Assessment methods

The exam aims to test the acquisition of reaching expertise provided during the course, whether theoretical and applied. This verification will be through its talk to the exam papers and evaluation will take place out of thirty.
