Metodi didattici

Lectures and discussion: Lectures will cover content from the readings, provide an organized overview the topics, and cover complementary aspects and conceptual reasoning. In-class participation during the lecture sessions and case discussions is very important and is part of the grading for attending students.

Class participation (individual): Active, meaningful contribution to class discussion contributes to the participation grade for this course.

The class participation grade is built up through the student’s contribution of “insightful” comments. Linking together concepts presented in class to current business events is highly valued.

Case study work and presentation (group-based): Cases will illustrate and expand the lectures, and allow for practice in management and leadership of group work. Cases analysis will be prepared by the groups, presented and discussed in class during the last week of the course. This activity will be valuated and contributes to the final grading.

Modalità di verifica e valutazione dell'apprendimento

Evaluation of student performance in this course will be based on class participation, group work and presentations, and final test.

The final grade is composed as follows:

20%: Class Participation

40%: Group Work

40%: Final Test

To all non-attending students: your written exam will be counting for 100% of the grade.
