Measures to promote and protect equal opportunities and measures to promote internal and external networking
Collection and analysis of gender-disaggregated data and annual publication of the Gender Equality Report
Promotion of and participation in the team that prepared the University of Bologna's Gender Equality Report 2017.
The document sets out the University Gender Inequality Index (UGII), an innovative gender index formulated by a multidisciplinary team working in the Alma Mater, the purpose of which is to express, through a single value, the gap between the gender situation revealed by the University and a situation of perfect parity. This index also provides policy indications, enabling analysis of the significant areas of interest within the University and making it possible to identify both strengths and the weaknesses that require investment in order to improve the University’s position.

Exchange of good practices with the CUG of the Province of Forlì-Cesena, the Bologna and Ravenna local health authority, the IOR, the Sant’Orsola University Public Hospital, the Universities of Perugia, Ferrara, Modena and Reggio Emilia, and Polytechnics of Marche, Bergamo, and Padova.
Continuation of the collaborative relationship established with the Alma Gender Integrated Research Team (IRT) and the opening of new channels for discussion and synergy with the CUGs of other universities and public bodies, with a view to promoting initiatives related to the functions pertinent to the Committee.
