Learning outcomes

Knowledge and comprehension skills related to the diagnosis and treatment of congenital (cleft lip-alveolus-palate-schisis, second branchial arch syndromes, etc...) and developmental (dentofacial deformities) facial deformities, with particular reference to surgical strategies and the use of the most modern methods of treatment planning and execution. Students will also be able to further develop learning and communication skills on the specific topic.

Assessment methods

The student who demonstrates, during the course, an exhaustive understanding of the topics covered, ability to make autonomous choices of critical analysis and linking, mastery of specific terminology and argumentation skills will be judged to have passed the course. No examination is required.

Attendance at least 75% of the lectures is required to pass the course.
