Learning outcomes
At the end of the internship the student possesses the knowledge and the ability to manage the technical work in the workshop and test room under the supervision of the tutor. He knows the range of prostheses and orthoses in the panorama of orthopedic techniques; he is able to understand what is specified in the medical prescription and is also able to choose and use the most appropriate materials for the construction of prostheses and orthoses. He learns to know and use the equipment most used in orthopedic workshops.
