Learning outcomes
The student acquires the notions related to semeiotics, clinical presentation and diagnostic pathway of the main neurological diseases.
Course contents
The course will focus on the following topics: Neurological semeiology (motor and sensory syndromes, cranial nerve pathology, higher cognitive function disorders, autonomic nervous system pathology, vigilance disorders and coma) Neurodegenerative diseases (associated with parkinsonism and/or dementia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) Multiple Sclerosis and Demyelinating Diseases Headaches Epilepsy Cerebrovascular diseases: ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes

Assessment methods
The assessment takes place through a written test with multiple choice questions on the topics covered. There are 10 multiple-choice quizzes and the score is +1 if correct, 0 if wrong or absent.
