- Benign upperGI diseases: gastro-oesophageal reflux and achalasia
- Malignant upperGI diseases: esophageal and gastric cancer
- Benign HPB disease: benign lesions, gallstone disease, cholecystitis, diseases of the common bile duct, acute and cronic pancreatitis requiring surgery
- Malignant HPB: hepatic, bile duct and pancreatic cancer
- Benign colorectal and small bowel diseases requiring surgery: bowel malrotation, diverticulitis, hemorrhoidal disease
