Course contents

Students will develop transversal skills in the practical elaboration of knowledge acquired during the course. They will be able to reach the above mentioned result thanks to a laboratory activity which can be selected among those implemented each year. They will be provided with necessary tools for collecting, organizing and analyzing complex notions and explain research results through written and oral presentation.

The aim of the Laboratory is to investigate constitutional justice in its several forms, to focus on the Italian legal system, and to examine the case-law especially on rights of freedom and principles of equality and secularism.
