RECEPTIONS STUDENTS AND GRADUATE STUDENTS.

RECEPTIONS -UNLESS OTHERWISE PROMPTLY ANNOUNCED- WILL BE HELD IN THE DEPARTMENT ON BERSAGLIERI STREET IN THE PROFESSOR'S ROOM.

THE RECEPTION IS UPDATED PERIODICALLY:

UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE SERIOUS THREATS ALSO RECEIVED AT THE DEPARTMENT, THE RECEPTION IS ANNOUNCED ON SHORT NOTICE. STUDENTS IN NEED ARE ENCOURAGED TO EMAIL THE PROFESSOR, TUTOR OR STOP BY BEFORE OR AFTER CLASS HOURS.

THE TUTOR FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR IS:
DR. GIACOMO GIORGINI PIGNATIELLO CONTACTABLE AT: giacomo.giorgini3@unibo.it

USE OF EMAIL:
Students are requested to use email only in case of actual need and impossibility to communicate otherwise (in class or at the reception).

In particular, it is good to use email to:

make an appointment ONLY when actually necessary; there is NO need to make reservations for the reception, which is open to all,

communicate the unexpected inability to go to an already agreed upon appointment,

ask for information that can NOT be found on the guideweb.

Instead, students are requested NOT to write emails:

to ask about the program, as the guideweb is complete and up-to-date;

to ask whether it is possible to take the exam outside of the regular appearances and/or without having taken the propaedeutic exams and/or when one is not in good standing with the payment of fees because the answer would still be negative

to ask about syllabuses, propaedeuticities, exam reporting times, etc., which are the responsibility of the secretary's office.
