Research will continue to focus on rights, concentrating particularly on weaker subjects such as women, children, immigrants and those who are not yet subjects of law, i.e. animals.
The journey along the roads of equality therefore continues in order to understand what prevents the full realisation of Article 3 in many fields
What we are aiming to ascertain is whether what we are really living through is the so-called 'age of rights' that Bobbio spoke of, or whether rights exist only for some subjects, leaving a large part of the population substantially outside.
The main lines of research will follow different situations connected by the 'common thread' of rights.
