Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be able to know the regulatory framework of labour law on the basis of its different sources.
Course contents
Lessons program covers the following topics:
I. Origin and development of the legislation on health and safety at work.
1. Safety, organization, prevention: the system and the general principles of the Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008.
2. Subjects, obligations and responsibilities in the italian health and safety framework.
II. Outsourcing and health and safety at work.
III. ICT and safety at the workplace
1. Heallth and safety protection in order to smart working and crowdworking
2. Risks prevention on Industry 4.0, robotics, 3D.
