Full professor of Labor Law since 2000. Her main research activity is in the sector of prevention, occupational risks, health and safety, well-being at the workplace, with particular attention to the gender declination of the topics of interest.
He has currently directed his research towards the sector of digitalisation and the development of artificial intelligence systems applied to production organizations and work, to investigate the ethical aspects, protection of the person and the human ecosystem.
He founded "Labor & Law Issues" in 2015, Law Journal open access that deals with the individual and collective work relationships in the field of legal and social sciences. LLI aims to initiate a discussion on the rules, values, identity concepts of labor law and the hybridizations through it, with particular reference to the technological development and digital economy.
