Learning outcomes
Selected lab activities will enable students to deal with practical developments of theoretical knowledge concerning the course matter, by handling complex information and presenting results both orally and in a written text.
Course contents
Lab will investigate Constitutional Justice in general, and focus the Italian system in particular by analysing relevant constitutional pronouncements

Available texts and online material will be described in the first lab meeting
Teaching methods
In the first meetings the teacher will describe the Italian Constitutional Court and its mode of operation; thereafter, students will describe one or more pronouncements (individually or in small groups).
Assessment methods
To attain eligibility, attending a minimum of 4 lesson out of 5 is mandatory, as well as presenting to the class one or more pronouncements on a given topic.
