Learning outcomes
After taking the course, the student is expected to be able to use
formal instruments to understand firms' strategic interaction as
well as its implications for antitrust and competition
policy.
Course contents
The policy implications of any issue illustrated in the first part
of the course will be discussed on the basis of the current
legislation in the EU, USA and Japan.
