Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, students will be able to face the Law and Economics methods and aprroaches. In particular, students will be able to: a) analyse and value the relationships between the law system and economic behaviors; b) apply the L & E method to the study of public intervention in the economic system, in both italian and european regime; c) analyse case studies

Course contents

The course aims to analyze the general topics of economics and public law among them the principles that govern state intervention in the economy, the fundamentals of state, local legal system, national, European and international principles that regulate the functioning of organs and the constitutional importance of the civil service in the market with particular regard to the intervention of public power into banking and finance.
