Full Professor in Constitutional and Public Law at the Department of Sociology and Business Law and an elected member of the Board of Governors of the University of Bologna (2024-2028). She teaches Public Law, Social Services Law, and Public Environmental Law, and focuses on the theme of Gender and Multilevel Governance, which is a central activity of the European project JM Module, where she is the Principal Investigator. The research activity is mainly focused on the analysis of specific issues (public finance, cohesion policy, economic development and territory, gender and multilevel governance, transitions, and democracy), using a constitutional perspective and always considering the relationship between european, national, and local legal systems. She is the coordinator and a member of several research projects (JM, CERV, PRIN...) and has participated in numerous conferences; she has published in various journals and is the author of 3 monographic studies. Additionally, she served as Head of the Department of Sociology and Business Law, as a member of the Academic Senate (2021-2024), and Coordinator of PHD in European Law (2016-2019).
