Claudia Golino is a full professor in Constitutional and Public Law at the Department of Sociology and Business Law and she is currently an elective member of the Board of Governors of the University of Bologna (2024-2028).. She teaches public law, social services law and public environmental law. She is also teaches in a monographic course on the topic of Gender and Multilevel Governance, a central activity of the European JM Module-GEMS project of which she is PI. Her research activity is mainly focused on European, national and local public intervention, and in particular areas (public services, professional system, public finance, cohesion policy, economic and territorial development, gender and multilevel governance). She is PI and member of several research projects and has participated in numerous national and international conferences; she has published in numerous journals, and is the author of three monographic studies. Furthermore, she was Head of the Department of Sociology and Business Law and member of the Academic Senate for the three-year period 2021-2024.
