Contenuti

Il corso è articolato in lezioni che seguono il programma dettagliato riportato di seguito.

Nella prima parte (settimane 1-7), dopo un’introduzione al sistema politico dell’Unione Europea, ai principali sviluppi in termini di approfondimento e allargamento, e alla teoria dell’integrazione differenziata, l’attenzione si concentra sulle istituzioni dell’UE (Commissione Europea, Consiglio dell’UE, Consiglio Europeo, Parlamento Europeo) e sul loro ruolo nel processo decisionale.
La seconda parte (settimane 8-10) è dedicata all’analisi della risposta dell’UE alle crisi più recenti — in particolare la crisi dei rifugiati, la pandemia di COVID-19 e la guerra in Ucraina — con un focus sul ruolo svolto dalle diverse istituzioni nella gestione di queste crisi.

Il corso si svolge nel secondo semestre ed è pensato per studenti di laurea triennale, anche senza una preparazione pregressa specifica sull’Unione Europea.

Lezioni frontali tradizionali

Durante ogni lezione sarà incoraggiata la partecipazione degli studenti

Modalità di verifica e valutazione dell'apprendimento

Per tutti gli studenti, il voto finale è determinato da una prova scritta relativa a entrambe le parti del corso.

La prova scritta consiste in tre domande a risposta aperta strutturata: due domande sulla prima parte del programma e una domanda sulla seconda parte. Ciascuna domanda richiede una risposta di circa 30–40 righe. Gli studenti hanno a disposizione 1 ora e 30 minuti per completare la prova.

Durante l’esame non è consentito l’uso di materiali di supporto, inclusi libri di testo, appunti o dispositivi elettronici.

La prova si considera superata con un punteggio minimo di 18/30. Il punteggio massimo è 30 e lode, attribuito in caso di risposte completamente corrette ed esaustive.

Solo gli studenti frequentanti possono sostenere il pre-appello al termine del corso.

Gli studenti frequentanti sono invitati a iscriversi come partecipanti al corso sulla piattaforma virtuale.unibo.it.
