Conoscenze e abilità da conseguire

Al termine del corso lo studente conosce in modo approfondito le istituzioni delle relazioni industriali e della formazione professionale in diversi paesi europei ed extra-europei e i principali esempi di relazioni di lavoro transnazionali. Lo studente è anche in grado di comparare l’influenza di queste istituzioni sulle strategie di gestione delle risorse umane implementate dalle aziende nazionali e multinazionali; in particolare, sa valutare criticamente l’impatto delle istituzioni sulla performance organizzativa e la qualità del lavoro.
