Teaching methods

The course will be interactive and focus on the practical consequences of International and EU labor law in the Italian legal order. The lectures will address the main topics of the course through the analysis of the relevant international treaties, secondary provisions and (administrative and judicial) practice in the field of labor law and the protection of workers. The course will focus, in particular, on the pratical application of the norms, in order to enable students to address issues of European and international labour law in real-life situations.
