Learning outcomes

The workshops are designed to provide students with skills that can prove useful in their future careers. The objective of the workshop is to help students advancing their skills through practice exercises in informational technology, data analysis, analysis in decision-making techniques (e.g. simulation) in complex organizations.

Course contents

In light of the current health emergency, the course will probably be delivered in remote mode (via MS TEAMS). 

 

The course aims at introducing students to the principles and elements of the approach of computational social sciences. Moreover, a series of specific empirical studies will be presented.

Assessment methods

Presentation of one paper from the list circulated by the instructor and a short final paper.
