The students do a stage in a company or in a research center with the aim to learn novel techniques and to develop an experience in a working place.

Assessment methods
A detailed written report must be produced to obtain the credit
transfer.
The report must focus on:
- Ability to apply the acquired knowledge in the specific working
context.
- Ability to formulate personal judgements on the work done even in
term of future perspective of knowledge into the specific working
context.
- Ability to communicate the results obtained with particular
enphasis on ethical aspects addressed during the studies such as
public health, food safety and experimental animals.
