Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student knows the legal issues related to the pursuance of economic activities on the Internet and the related statutory implications.
The student knows the basic legal instruments concerning the law of contracts and person liable for damages. The student is able to make an interface between the economic sector and the IT within companies, also highlighting the legal issues most relevant from time to time on specific issues.
Finally, the student is able to contribute also to the legal aspects, the safety assessment of a computer system and quality of IT projects and software products.
