Conoscenze e abilità da conseguire

At the end of the stage student has direct knowledge of the working place he/she she will be working in. He/she understands the peculiarities of the company he/she works in and knows how to fit in it. He/she knows how to manage the relationships within the different levels such as upper levels, colleagues, customers. He/she knows how to work in groups.

Contenuti

The stage is develpoed on the basis of a training project agreed with the host organization and with the support of a tutor.
