Teaching methods

Traditional classes. Case study.

Assessment methods

The exam consists of an oral interview, preceded by a written test (multiple choice test), which affects the admission to the oral test.  All the tests that can be the subject of the written test are available on the Teacher's website. The written exam includes thirty multiple-choice questions and it is passed if the candidate correctly answers at least twenty-four of them. During the written test it is possible to consult an un-commented civil code. Passing the written test allows to take the oral exam only in the immediately subsequent exam call. The student must register for the written test and then, if he has passed it, to the oral exam. The maximum time to deliver the test is 40 minutes.

The next oral interview will focus on the topics indicated in the "Program and contents" section. The evaluation of the test will be carried out taking into consideration:

knowledge of institutional profiles;

the ability to analyze the jurisprudential and doctrinal guidelines;

the ability to make connections between the different parts of the program;

the ability to develop critical arguments;

the exposure articulation; the accuracy of the exposure.
