Learning outcomes

The student has an in-depth knowledge of financial market law, with particular reference to the regulation of banking contracts, investment services, collective savings management, public savings appeal and listed companies. He is able to autonomously set up a normative research and a research on jurisprudential precedents.

Teaching methods

Lectures by the teacher.

The course will be held in the second semester.

Students can take the exam only after passing the exam in private law and commercial law.

Assessment methods

Oral exam at the end of the course.

Oral examination during which the understanding of the institutions covered by the exam program must be ascertained.

To take the exam it is necessary to register through the AlmaEsami application, in compliance with the established deadlines.

Those who fail to register by the due date, are required to promptly notify (and in any case before the official closing of the registration lists) the problem to the didactic secretariat.

It is at discretion of the teacher to admit those who have not registered to take the test. The minutes of the achieved evaluation take place on the date fixed and indicated in AlmaEsami.
