Late Autumn variety, very attractive with a completely bronze-russet colored fruits. Sweet taste with a good acidity, results in a particularly interesting and unique flavour.

  • Tree: Medium vigour, standard habitus, medium-high production, and no alternate bearing. Chilling unit: about 1.250 hours. S alleles: S2, S28. Medium-low susceptibility to scab damages on the leaves, fruits appear scab-free perhaps due to the extended russeting on fruit (100% coverage). BO B48C251 - MD02UNIBO EU PVR pending 2022/3042

  • Harvest date: 2-3 weeks after Golden D.
  • Ripening period: Early-half October.
  • Fruit: Medium fruit size (about 200 g), ellipsoid shape. Fine, smooth russeting on 100% of the fruit skin. Bronze colored fruits with a rustic appearance. Fine flesh texture, crispy, juicy and firm (more than 9 kg/ cm2 at harvest), with an interesting, unique flavor profile and a slightly sweet taste. Brix grade at maturity is over 18°, acidity is over 6g/l. Storability at normal cold room, controlled atmosphere and shelf-life are good. Slightly susceptible to watercore which disappear during storage and lenticellar rots after storage.
