In the field of reproductive medicine, techniques for the reimplantation of ovarian tissue are known for patients undergoing, for example, oncological therapy, to preserve fertility and ovarian function. Cryopreservation of ovarian tissue plays a significant role in this context and is currently the primary method for preserving hormonal function and fertility in these patients.

The invention consists of a minimally invasive instrument for the release of previously harvested endocrine tissue. The device is equipped with concentric sheaths that allow reaching the chosen site for reimplantation and the atraumatic release of tissue along with its culture fluid.

By reducing the invasiveness of the procedure, the risk of complications, hospitalization time, and the need for general anesthesia are minimized. Moreover, in both heterotopic and orthotopic reimplantation, the invention allows for a better aesthetic outcome for the patient, thereby minimizing the psychological impact associated with the procedure. The device is designed to ensure the atraumatic release of tissue.
