The need for temporary buildings that could be dismantled and reassembled is well known: there are numerous studies and patents in this field referring to the most varied construction types and to a wide range of materials.

However, in this sector each construction type has its own peculiarities, strengths and weaknesses, and in certain cases strengths and weaknesses cannot be defined a priori rather depend on the context.

The invention is about a construction system based on the use of wooden modules that constitutes the building structure while being the infill and closure at the same time.

The conception of the modular panels, the system for their connection, comprising metal plates and passing bars, are patented as well as the method for their assembly.

The proposed invention finds application in the building construction field, primarly for the construction of temporary or semi-permanent building, be it post-calamity or other emergency. A very diverse range of solutions from energy and acoustics point of view, might be developed.

The patented module has many advantages:

  • easy to transport;
  • quick to assemble;
  • comprises modules not implying additional structures;
  • remountable a large number of times;
  • ensures flexibility in terms of building height and floor area;
  • suitable for seismic areas;
  • low environmental impact.
