Learning outcomes

The course is organized into three highly interactive modules designed to teach students how to address business communication challenges and develop crucial skills to effectively navigate the workplace environment. These include (but are not limited to) such skills as: team building, public speaking, management of team dynamics, professional business writing.

MODULE 1: NEW TOOLS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPENT

Tecniques for new business development:
– Hypothesis and assumptions creation
– Validation principles and examples
– Lean startup methods
– Marketing and Sales processes and case studies

– Communication: Slack, Mailchimp
– Advertising: Facebook ads, Google ads
– Analyze: Hotjar, Facebook insight
– Design: Balsamiq, Sketch
