Since this year the Unibo will not participate in the Pax Moot, this webinar will be dedicated to the topics of the Vis Moot:

-international arbitration

-Vienna Convention on the Sale of Movable Property

Materials will be made available in class

Teaching methods

The seminar will have a theoretical and practical approach, in order to stimulate the discussion with and among the students.

Some European and international uniform regulations will be analyzed and judicial cases will be discussed.

Participation in the lessons is mandatory.

The lessons will be in English.

Assessment methods

There is no final exam, but the seminar can be passed only by active participation in class.
