Michele Angelo Lupoi

I am a full professor of civil procedural law. My main area of research is cross-border civil litigation, in particular issues of international jurisdiction. I also deal with family procedural law, both at domestic and EU level, cross-border insolvency, procedural aspects of trust law and comparative civil procedure. 


I direct the Summer School organised by the Department of Legal Sciences in Ravenna, on cross-border litigation and international arbitration.


I am a civil lawyer at the Court of Bologna.
