Learning outcomes
Outline the basic principles of epidemiology for public health. Discuss public health measures for the preservation of health and well-being, including environmental, alimentary and hospital hygiene. Describe the strategies, means and policies related to risk assessment and prevention of infectious and chronic -degenerative diseases. Discuss the role of primary and community care in health promotion and disease prevention.
