Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student knows the major corporate restructuring financial operations (mergers and acquisitions, spin-off and carve out, turnaround) and knows in which cases, in which situations and under what circumstances they create value for shareholders. For this purpose knows in their theoretical and applied methods business valuation models: discounted cash flows, real options and multiples.
