- Definition of function. Domain and image. Image and inverse image. Invertible functions and inverse function.
- Graphs of polynomial, rational, irrational, exponential and logarithmic functions. Related problems.
- Limits and derivatives (hints).
- Combinatorics: combinations and permutations.
- Probability. Union and intersection of events. Complementary event. Mutually exclusive and non-exclusive events. Dependent and independent events. Conditional probability. Applications: genetics and diagnostic tests.
