Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is able to: - understand the efficiency of the performance in the activity of daily life or even in recreational and sports activities; - understanding in Fitness the closely related performance reliability, especially if this process is linked to improper lifestyles, to functional changes that often influence the quality of life, especially when self-sufficiency is at stake; - to deepen these problems, correlating them with physical activity. So the knowledge of the physical exercise programs that contribute to the achievement and maintenance of physical efficiency, health and psycho-physical well-being - to learn what are the physiological changes induced by aging to provide the basis for scientifically rationalizing motor activities. - acquire how the body, from the functional point of view, responds and adapts to physical exercise, to ensure a regular conduct of work protocols in this age group.
