Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student: - possesses the basic concepts with regard to the structure and organization of the national and international sports system, with in-depth study related to the role played by the institutional subjects; - possesses the basic knowledge with regard to the domestic-federal legal framework, with in-depth study dedicated to the Statutes and Regulations of CONI and the National Sports Federations, as well as the mechanism of sports justice and its impact on management models; - is able to manage the organization and activity of a sports club and/or association, in compliance with current state and sports regulations, with in-depth study of the relationship between state and sports regulations.

Readings/Bibliography

During the first lessons, the teaching materials necessary for the preparation of the exam will be provided and the most recent sports law textbooks will be indicated.

Teaching methods

Front lesson and group exercises

-The frequency to the lesson is essential for the complete learning of the subject, although the examination topics are displayed in the bibliographic books indicated.

Assessment methods

The examination is in oral form and consists in the discussion of issues relating to the topics addressed during the lessons

-The vote will be defined as:

30 and praise, excellent argument and perfect exposure

From 24 to 30, complete argument and correct exposure

From 18 to 23, sufficient argument and uncertain exposure

-Three questions will be made concerning all the topics indicated in the examination programme.

In the course of the lessons the teacher will use the projector and show slides and documents
