Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student has the knowledge of, and is able to think and act in an international context taking in consideration global trends and specific aspects of foreign markets. In particular, the student is able 1 - to carry out -a strategic analysis of the international context, the actors and the cultural, administrative, geographic and economic differences 2 - to choose the international strategic direction and to design the organizational structure supporting the development 3- to select the foreing market and to define the entry strategy 4 - to manage the international business and its critical aspect. The student will learn key concepts, theories and international business models.
