At the end of the course, the student must be able to define staff shift models based on the needs of the service and the availability of human resources.

Presentation and Discussion with the Teacher of a reorganization project that describes the implications in terms of quantification of resources, organization of working hours, possible changes and solutions of shift rotations, verification of scheduled hours with contractual obligations.
