Learning outcomes

At the end of the teaching, the student must possess the knowledge to develop competence profiles, formulate learning objectives, select appropriate learning activities, design basic curricula and implement them based on educational principles and theories, revise curricula based on current trends in society and care.

The course introduces the principles of lifelong learning in the healthcare field and the main types of training
At the end of the course, the student must possess the knowledge and skills to:
distinguish the various types of training,
know and recognize the structure of the training process (analysis of training needs, design, implementation and evaluation).To know and be able to promote learning levels by linking them to teaching methodologies and assessment methods.

Exam mode

Realization of a training project that describes the characteristics of training needs analysis, design of the training project, implementation, teaching methodologies and evaluation of the project itself The expected impact on the organization in relation to the presented training project.

Evaluation criteria
The evaluation will take into account the completeness, correctness of the training project, compliance with the indicated deadlines for sending the work and the ability to present and discuss the project itself In addition, questions will be asked to deepen the project presented
- the vote will be defined as follows:
30 cum laude, excellent realization of the training project, compliance with delivery times and perfect presentation.

The grading will be as follows:
30 cum laude, excellent completion of the educational project, respect of delivery times and perfect presentation
From 24 to 30, complete completion of the project and correct presentation
From 18 to 23, sufficient completion of the project and uncertain presentation
The exam is considered passed if the tests of the remaining modules are also sufficient
The test will be carried out according to the indications contained in the University regulations (which are invited to consult).
