Learning outcomes

The student acquires and applies the technique for performing conventional nuclear medicine procedures (myocardial scintigraphy, angiocardiography, bone scintigraphy, thyroid and parathyroid scintigraphy, salivary glands, scintigraphy for the detection of ectopic gastric mucosa (Meckel's diverticulum), scintigraphy for the evaluation of gastrointestinal bleeding, sentinel lymph node, ventilation-perfusion lung scintigraphy, and scintigraphy with labeled leukocytes).
