Learning outcomes

The student acquires MRI techniques for the study of the neck, thorax, abdomen and angio MRI body.

Course contents

MRI of the breast: dynamic study of the lesions, study of the prostheses. Cardiovascular MRI: general principles, notes on the study of the aorta and heart. Upper abdomen MRI: general principles, coils used, artefacts present. Study of the kidneys, pancreas. Upper abdomen MRI: MRI study of the biliary tract (investigation technique and methodology). Upper abdomen MRI: MRI study of the liver (investigation technique and methodology), adc used. Vascular MRI: general principles of MRI angiography.
