Learning outcomes

At the end of the module the student will have to know the framework and characteristics of verbal fluency disorders and will have to possess the necessary knowledge to take charge of the same

Course contents

Stuttering framework and classification.

Main etiological theories.

Differential diagnosis.

Prognosis.

Assessment of verbal fluency and communicative aptitude.

Intervention in speech fluency disorders: direct and indirect counseling and treatment.
