Learning outcomes
The student acquires the basics of business organizational processes and the hierarchy of departments with reference to current legislation and following company acts.
Course contents
The course provides elements with respect to the organization of the NHS health authorities. Outline of the evolution of the NHS in Italy and main legislative references. Elements are provided regarding the difference between local health authorities, hospitals and IRCCS. The main corporate management roles, their responsibilities and articulation will be examined.
