Learning outcomes

The objective of the course is to provide the basis for knowledge of business law, competition, as well as the tools available to the entrepreneur, meaning both the different types of companies and the practical tools such as qualifications. credit and commercial contracts, typical and atypical. At the end of the course the student is able to: (a) identify and select the most appropriate solutions for carrying out entrepreneurial activities; (b) use the various contractual forms and practical tools in carrying out economic activities; (c) identify and use the most appropriate forms for carrying out economic activities in an associated form.

Course contents

Commercial Law Program First part of the teaching.

- The business and the entrepreneur: essential notions and characteristics.

- The various types and forms of businesses.

- The entrepreneur's assistants.

- The company: concept and characters.

- The circulation of the company.

- The distinctive signs.

- Discipline of unfair competition.

- Discipline of free competition: antitrust law.

- Companies: general concept, company contract, essential characteristics.

- The crisis of the company. - Partnerships.

- Commercial contracts.

- General profiles of credit securities.

- The bill of exchange, the bank cheque, the bank draft and other securities. If an appeal for a partial exam is scheduled, the exam will focus on the topics indicated above. Second part of the teaching.

- Capital companies.

- Dissolution, transformation, merger and split.

- Groups of companies.

- Cooperative societies.

- Consortia and consortium companies.
