Learning outcomes

At the end of the module the student possesses the knowledge, regarding the systemic theoretical models in comparison, holism and the holistic approach in Nursing and taking charge of nursing care with empathic and therapeutic relationship and complementary care .

Course contents

'The future bet is outlined on the ability of health systems to understand and take charge of new needs by pursuing public health policies, inter-sectoral and network-oriented, based on the partnership of all the players in the system and on the integration of professional skills and implementing profound organizational changes through the adoption of models capable of interpreting and governing the intrinsic complexity of the system, with the values on which it is founded and the economic constraints in the field of planning and management of services The answers to be offered are aimed at overcoming the centrality of the hospital in favor of territorial networks, overcoming the fragmentation of care through taking charge, continuity of assistance, social and health integration and support for appropriateness effectiveness of integration interventions and effective, appropriate and safe organizational conditions'.
