Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, the student knows the main models of nursing care delivery in the different care contexts. You identify the main skills of the other members of the treating team and relate them to your own. Identify the organizational principles of continuity of care, roles and the system of responsibilities using the clinical governance approach.

Course contents

Mintzberg organization and health: concept of organization and systemic approach; structures of the SSN-SSR;

laws and regulations for nurses and other healthcare professionist; the italian CCNL; tools and methods for integration

nursing organization: traditional and professional nursing organizational models in samething care settings.

Nurse Management target to the future

health quality: regional accreditation; tools and methods for assessing and developing the quality of care
